This Policy explains the technical requirements for using bimarket.co.uk, your responsibilities as a user, and our position on service availability and technical issues.
1. Technical requirements
To use the Site reliably, you should have:
- A modern, up-to-date web browser (latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge are recommended);

- A stable internet connection;
- A device that meets the minimum browser requirements;

- BiMarket will never ask for your password, full card number, CVV or full bank details by email, SMS, phone or social media.
- If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from BiMarket, do not click any links or share information; forward it to [email protected] and delete it.
- Always check that you are on the official domain bimarket.co.uk before logging in or entering payment details.
5. Prohibited technical activities
You must not:
- Use any automated system, scraper, bot or crawler to access the Site without our prior written consent;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site;
- Introduce viruses, malware, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, time bombs or other harmful material;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers, databases or any connected systems;
- Interfere with the proper working of the Site, including launching denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks.
Such activities may constitute criminal offences under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and may be reported to the police.

- Subject to our Terms & Conditions and your statutory rights, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your inability to access the Site, errors or omissions in any content, delays or transmission failures, viruses or other harmful components that may infect your device, or unauthorised access to or use of our servers and the personal information stored therein, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of statutory duty.
- You agree that downloading any material from the Site is at your own risk and that you are responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data resulting from such download.
9. Reporting bugs and vulnerabilities
If you discover a security vulnerability or technical bug, please report it responsibly to [email protected]. Do not exploit the vulnerability or disclose it publicly before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
