2. Primary language and authoritative version

The English-language version of our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other policies is the official, authoritative version. Turkish translations are provided in good faith for convenience only.

In the event of any conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English and Turkish versions of any policy, contract or communication, the English version shall prevail.

3. Product information and labels

  • Product names, descriptions and ingredient information may appear in English, Turkish or both, depending on the supplier and the product packaging.
  • Statutory food information on the physical product label (ingredients, allergens, nutrition, use-by date) is provided in accordance with applicable UK food labelling law and is the authoritative source — always read the actual label before consumption.

4. Customer service

Our customer service team responds in English or Turkish, depending on the language of your message. Complex legal, financial or formal enquiries may be answered in English to ensure precision; we are happy to summarise in Turkish on request.

5. Marketing and informational content

Marketing emails, blog content, promotions and social media posts may be made available in English, Turkish or both. The substance of any offer (price, conditions, end date) shall be interpreted on the basis of the English version where translations differ.

6. Translation accuracy
