This Corporate Protection Policy sets out the measures BiMarket UK takes to protect its business, its customers and its staff against fraud, abuse, misuse of the Site and other behaviour that may harm the integrity, security or commercial interests of the service.

1. Application

5. Reseller and bulk-buying restrictions

  • The Site is intended for personal, household and small-event use. Commercial resale of products purchased through bimarket.co.uk is not permitted without a separate wholesale agreement.
  • We may decline or limit large or repeated purchases of the same product, particularly during promotions or where stock is constrained.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

7. Investigations and information sharing

To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, we may share information with payment processors, fraud-prevention agencies, couriers, law-enforcement bodies and regulators where lawful and necessary, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Legal action and cost recovery

Where the conduct of a user causes loss to BiMarket, we reserve all rights to recover those losses, together with reasonable administrative, investigation and legal costs, through the courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
