How we work
Orders placed before our daily cut-off are picked, packed and dispatched the same working day. Chilled and frozen items travel in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain temperature integrity in transit. Each order is tracked end-to-end and our customer service team is here to step in if anything is not perfect.
