Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 May 2026

1. About us

This website (bimarket.co.uk) is operated by BAZARIO LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16112255, trading as BiMarket UK. Registered Office: 276 Chase Road, Suite 7-0173 Lonsto House, London, N14 6HA, United Kingdom — Trading/Warehouse: Unit 8 Marshall Paving, Cattlegate Road, Enfield, EN2 9ED, United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected] or +44 7561 378642.

By placing an order through our website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order. Some of our products are age-restricted (see section 6). By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without authorisation.

4. Products and availability

We sell Turkish, Mediterranean and international grocery products. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but images are for illustration and packaging may vary. All products are subject to availability.

Occasionally an item may be out of stock after you order. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund the price of the unavailable item(s) to your original payment method. Where appropriate and with your agreement, we may offer a suitable substitute.

5. Orders, prices and payment

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order; a binding contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud or failed age verification), in which case we will refund any payment taken.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged; most grocery food items are in any event zero-rated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

6. Age-restricted products

Some products (such as alcohol or tobacco where offered) may only be sold to persons aged 18 or over. By ordering such products you confirm you are over 18.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy: if the person receiving the delivery appears under 25, the courier may request valid photo ID (passport, UK driving licence or PASS-accredited card). If proof of age cannot be provided, or the recipient is or appears to be intoxicated, the courier will refuse to hand over the age-restricted items. Age-restricted goods will not be left unattended or with anyone under 18. It is a criminal offence to buy or attempt to buy age-restricted products on behalf of someone under 18.

7. Delivery

We deliver across the UK via DHL. Delivery is free on orders over £60 for London and mainland UK; otherwise a standard rate of £5.99 applies. Remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, UK islands, Isle of Wight) are charged on a weight basis, shown at checkout.

To receive next-day delivery, orders should be placed Monday–Thursday before 12:00. Orders placed between Thursday 12:00 and Monday 12:00 are processed and handed to DHL on Monday. Our courier does not operate on weekends or Bank Holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to:

  • perishable or short-life food and drink (e.g. fresh, chilled, frozen or bakery items);
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
  • goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

Where the right applies, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days. You must return the goods (unused and in original condition) within 14 days; return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return.

9. Faulty, damaged or missing items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, past its use-by date, or is missing from your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible — and for perishable goods, within 24 hours of delivery — with your order number and, where possible, a photo.

We will put it right by offering a replacement or a full or partial refund of the affected items to your original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Promotions, vouchers and loyalty points

From time to time we offer promotions, discount codes, a "spin the wheel" promotion and loyalty points. These have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be subject to specific conditions, minimum spend or expiry. We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time. Vouchers and points may not be combined unless stated, and are void if obtained fraudulently.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, design and software — is owned by or licensed to BAZARIO LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website unlawfully, to introduce malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access, or to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

13. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, courier disruption, strikes, supply shortages or other force majeure events. We will take reasonable steps to minimise any delay.

15. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at [email protected] — we aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may be able to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme; nothing in these terms affects your right to bring legal proceedings.

16. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time you place it. The latest version is always shown here with the "last updated" date above.
