• Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
• Age confirmation: where you order age-restricted products, confirmation that you are over 18 and, on delivery, verification of age.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: to create your account, process and deliver orders, take payment, handle returns and refunds, and provide customer support.
• Legal obligation: to keep accounting and tax records, verify age for restricted products, and respond to lawful requests.

Account data is kept while your account is active; if you close your account we delete or anonymise data that we are not legally required to keep. Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time.
