- Order & delivery data: billing and delivery addresses, order history, products purchased, and delivery instructions.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive only a payment reference and the result of the transaction.
- Communications: messages you send us, support requests, and your contact preferences.
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
- Age confirmation: where you order age-restricted products, confirmation that you are over 18 and, on delivery, verification of age.
3. How we use your data and our legal bases
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to create your account, process and deliver orders, take payment, handle returns and refunds, and provide customer support.
- Legal obligation: to keep accounting and tax records, verify age for restricted products, and respond to lawful requests.

5. Who we share your data with

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum. We do not sell your personal data.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary. Order and transaction records are retained for at least 6 years to meet UK accounting and tax obligations. Account data is kept while your account is active; if you close your account we delete or anonymise data that we are not legally required to keep. Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
8. Data security
