Packaging & Wholesale Delivery
Boxed (koli) packaging items ship as a separate carriage class
Easy Supply packaging (wholesale) products are sold by the box and, due to their large size, ship in a separate delivery class. A packaging carriage charge is added based on the number of boxes in your basket:
1–2 boxes
£5.99
3–4 boxes
£10.99
5–6 boxes
£15.99
7–8 boxes
£20.99
9–10 boxes
£25.99
A further £5.00 is added for every additional 2 boxes.
- If your grocery (food) basket is under £60, the standard grocery delivery fee (£5.99, or free over £60) applies in addition to the packaging charge.
- If your grocery basket is £60 or more, grocery delivery is free and only the packaging charge is added.
- The £60 free-delivery threshold is based on your grocery items only — packaging items do not count towards it.
- For weight-based remote areas (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, UK Islands) no flat packaging charge applies — carriage is calculated by total parcel weight instead.

Orders placed before 12:00 are typically dispatched the same day (Mon–Fri).
Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-perishable goods.
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Perishable and chilled products cannot be returned.
